AI/ML Platform
MOTHR @ RS21
Building and deploying AI/ML models takes 6-7 different highly paid experts working on a project for 6-9 months, and even after a large upfront capital investment, only 15-20% of AI solutions become viable products.

Big Data Analytics Platform
Customer Experience @ RedMango
During my tenure at RedMango Analytics, I spearheaded the development of a proprietary big data analytics platform.
This innovative system not only facilitated action-oriented data analysis but also significantly scaled the utilization of data and analytics throughout the organization. One of its key features was the automation of business and decision-making workflows, streamlining processes, and enhancing efficiency. Moreover, the platform played a pivotal role in managing and elevating the overall experience of our clients' customers.

Big Data Mobile and Web Application
TRAI MySpeed @ RedMango
The TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) application and web portals allow users to compare the performance of different internet service providers (ISPs), and access regional and national statistics related to internet speeds.
The big data analytics portal also provides data on average internet speeds across various states, cities, and ISPs, enabling users to assess the overall performance of internet services in different regions.
Additionally, users can provide feedback and register complaints about their internet experience through the portal.

TRAI Complaint Management System (CMS) @ RedMango
Unwanted Value Added Services (VAS) was one of the biggest concerns for wireless voice and data consumers in India. Most customers complained of being billed for unwanted value added services by their wireless carrier. Additionally, the refund process was arbitrary and carrier specific.
The telecom regulatory authority of India (TRAI) wanted to streamline, monitor, and facilitate the process of resolution of customer complaints for Indian wireless consumers. I led the design, development, and deployment of a carrier agnostic mobile and Web-based CMS solution for VAS complaints.

Covid-19 Tracking and Risk Mitigation
At the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, I worked with the department of telecom, government of India to identify and track disease vectors based on the movement of anonymized devices. The solution helped state and local officials contain the spread of the virus and track quarantine status of affected patients.
